Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta
- 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 8 oz pasta (white, not whole wheat)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

- Melt butter in a pan, add garlic and shrimp.
