Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 8 oz pasta (white, not whole wheat)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Procedure:

  • Cook pasta per instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Melt butter in a pan, add garlic and shrimp.
  • Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side.
