RAJMA GALOUTI KABAB

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup leached and boiled Rajma
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt-1/4tsp or as per dietician’s advice
  • ½ tsp garam masala powder
  •  1 tbsp besan (roasted)
  • ½ tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Oil for shallow frying

Preparation:

1. Coarsely grind the leached and boiled rajma in a blender

2. Add finely chopped green chilli and onion,ginger garlic paste, garam masala, cumin and coriander powder and salt. Mix well.

3. Now, add roasted besan or gram flour for binding and make small balls. Flatten them in the shape of a kabab and set aside.

4. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kababs on both sides till golden brown and crisp.
