Job Description:

Nephroplus is looking for aspiring candidates with bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic/ Bio-medical/
Instrumentation. You will be closely working with your junior team to follow all the aspects of Nephroplus processes.
Result-oriented, willing to travel, and demonstrate outstanding customer-centric behavior. Must be a team player with
effective communication skills to deal with team members and all levels within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Should be capable of Installation/ Assembly /Monitoring / Maintenance of RO plants
• Has to deal in maintenance and breakdown servicing of various medical equipment like Multi-parameter monitor, Defibrillator, Dialysis unit, Syringe Pump, and all the associated machinery
• Should be well versed with Computerized Maintenance Procedure
• Should be open to site visits and manage multiple plants in a given region
• Ability to guide technician teams for operation and maintenance
• Apt knowledge about Softener and Service RO to guide the ground staff if necessary
• Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of Clean Utilities RO plant, water distribution system, Multi Column distillation plant
• Clear understanding of various technical SOPs and Repair processes is important
• Follow orders for proper operation and maintenance of the Reverse Osmosis Plant to produce optimum quality, potable water
• Maintain and operate the filtering and chemical treatment processes
• Keep a log of all Inspections, service, and repair components of the water treatment plant including water intakes, pipes, water storage vessels, chemical treatment equipment controls, circulation pumps, boilers, heat exchangers, and valves
• Ensure the safety of all the personnel working on the plant
• Preparedness in case of emergencies as the plant is critical to dialysis treatment.
• Ability to handle office proceedings like preparing purchase indent, technical specification, and tabulation of quotation received
• Ability to initiate corrective actions and preventative actions to prevent future non-conformances
• Updates and maintains own expertise, shares this with colleagues and contributes to a positive work environment.

Job Specification:

• Qualification: B.E. / Diploma degree / Equivalent
• Experience required: 2 to 3 years
• Willingness to relocate within India or abroad, which could be temporary or permanent
• Analytical and Self-driven
• Travel – 70%
