Job Description:

Nephroplus is looking for aspiring candidates for the position of Faculty in Enpidia Academy.
As NephroPlus expands across the length and breadth of India, one challenge continued to bother us – the severe
shortage of trained and certified dialysis staff. At NephroPlus, guest care always comes first. We believe that the

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Should know teaching methodologies, using a combination of theory and practical instruction.
• Should have experience in curriculum design, lesson outlines, and classroom presentations.
• Monitors and records student progress in courses.
• Administers tests to students; grades and gives feedback on exercises, homework assignments, and tests.
• Explains the dialysis procedure and operation of HD machine to students before treatment to alleviate fear
• He/She will also participate in curriculum reviews for improvement and changes in courses
• Makes continuous contacts in the assigned field to explain courses and curriculums taught at the Institute.
• Coordinates with the Center Manager and the Academy in charge to ensure students’ needs
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• They stay aware of the developments in the world of dialysis so that they may incorporate them into their studies and teachings
• In addition to working in college classrooms, dialysis instructors work in dialysis facilities in pan-India centers
• Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions
• Handle Students in a very efficient manner

Job Specification:

• Preferably dialysis experience background
• Candidate should know Telugu Hindi and English.
• Preferably nursing or diploma in dialysis qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years
• Preferably teaching experience
