The first ever Indian Dialysis Olympiad was held in Hyderabad on Sunday, 15th February at he Kotla Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy Stadium. More than 500 people participated. Patients and their family members came from all over the country to be a part of this unique event.

Patients took part in games such as 25 meters, 50 metres sprints, cycling, badminton, table tennis etc.

The event had a renal friendly meals for the patients and was capped by Aashayein, an educational and fun event for patients.

Patients were very excited to participate in this event. For the first time, they could prove to themselves and the world that they can take part in physical activities as well!
